Your archive stays local / 聊天文件留在本机
ChatMemo reads Instagram export files inside your browser. The archive, messages, photos, videos, and generated reports are not uploaded to our servers. Closing the tab clears the imported archive from the current session.
ChatMemo 在浏览器内读取 Instagram 导出文件。聊天包、消息、照片、视频和生成的报告不会上传到我们的服务器；关闭标签页后，本次会话中的导入内容会被清除。
Account and payment data / 账户与支付数据
If you sign in, our authentication provider stores your email address and session information. We store only the account identifier and purchase entitlement needed to restore access. Dodo Payments processes payment details; ChatMemo does not store your card number. Transactional email may be delivered through our email provider.
登录时，身份验证服务会保存邮箱和会话信息。我们仅保存恢复购买所需的账户标识与购买权限。银行卡信息由 Dodo Payments 处理，ChatMemo 不保存卡号；验证码等事务邮件可能经邮件服务商发送。
Local storage / 本地存储
We may store language preferences and authentication session data in your browser. You can clear them through your browser settings or by signing out.
我们可能在浏览器中保存语言偏好和登录会话。你可以通过退出登录或浏览器设置清除这些信息。
Site analytics and access logs / 网站统计与访问记录
We count page views, approximate daily visitors, and referring website hostnames to understand site usage. Access logs include the IP address supplied by our hosting provider, visit time, and page path. When you are signed in, we also record your verified account ID and account email alongside that IP. Sign-in transitions are recorded separately from page-view counts. We do not infer an account from an IP or attach it to earlier guest visits. These records are accessible only to authorized administrators for traffic analysis and troubleshooting. The dashboard shows the most recent 30 calendar days; older records are automatically deleted in batches when the site receives visits or an administrator opens the access log. We do not store full referring URLs, URL query strings, archive names, or chat content in these logs.

Terms of Service / 服务条款
You may use ChatMemo only with data you are legally allowed to access. Do not use it to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or applicable law. You remain responsible for the files you open and the reports you export.
你只能使用自己有权访问的数据，不得利用本服务侵犯他人隐私、知识产权或违反适用法律。你需要对打开的文件和导出的报告负责。
ChatMemo is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep parsing accurate, but export formats can change and some content may not display perfectly. Keep the original export as your backup.
ChatMemo 按现状提供。我们会尽力保证解析准确，但平台导出格式可能变化，部分内容也可能无法完整显示，请保留原始导出文件作为备份。
Keepsakes are digital books generated locally from selected messages and available photos. They do not include printing or physical delivery. Export your book before leaving; editing drafts are not stored on our servers.
纪念册是由所选消息和可读取照片在本机生成的数字文件，不包含印刷或实物寄送。离开前请导出；编辑草稿不会保存在服务器上。

Refund Policy / 退款政策
Purchases are one-time digital unlocks delivered immediately. They are generally non-refundable after successful delivery, except for duplicate charges, a purchase that cannot be unlocked, a material service defect, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
购买属于即时交付的一次性数字解锁。成功解锁后通常不退款；重复扣款、购买后无法解锁、重大服务故障，或适用法律要求退款的情况除外。
If an eligible issue occurs, keep the Dodo Payments receipt and contact us through the support details on that receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
